The case is removed from the bottom side, where there are tears at the corners. It doesn't come off very easily, but because it is made entirely of hard materials, it protects the camera from damage and from needing to be cleaned. Recommended!
Update: Yesterday, 16-12-2025, the volume down button came off. I can't tell if it happened from use or if I caused it by hitting it. However, the camera flap worked perfectly, the phone is tough as a dog, so of course I bought the same case again.
