The packaging was battered, the box was opened and the iron was almost loose outside. Damage may have occurred as well, because water drips from the screws when it is set upright, but for just over 20 euros, I won't bother with a replacement.

So I called as well, spoke with the headquarters of Benroubi, where the quick response was "take it back to where you bought it."
Not even for which model I am talking about, nor a name, nor a question more, nor an apology for the inconvenience for an iron that was purchased an hour ago.
I will take it back to the chain of stores where I bought it and will return with the result.

It is an economical iron, for quick use if something needs refreshing, that's why it was purchased.
Unfortunately, the inconvenience of going back to the store will cost more.

What you see in the attached photos cannot be described as a result of a large amount of steam! Nor that the device did not heat up sufficiently, uncontrolled water leakage during ironing is what I'm talking about, my friend!!
