When it tries to load a movie, it resets and does not respond to any command. You have to unplug it to restart it, only for it to do the same thing again.

Garbage. After the last software update, it doesn't reconnect to Bluetooth devices and the reconnect button has disappeared (while it was there before). Now I have to pair/unpair every time. Nokia's support sends you to AI. Stay away.

It plays everything. It is quick in the commands it receives. Its picture is crystal clear. Although the price is relatively steep (100 euros), it is a very good purchase.

Cosmote TV works perfectly... I believe it's much better than the box provided by the company itself! Plex also works great. Very fast and without disconnections!

Update. Plex does not display subtitles nor does it download them... I don't know what the issue is. But if you cast the movie from your mobile or tablet to the device, it displays just fine!

I have had it for more than a year. I haven't tried other similar products to compare with more expensive or cheaper ones regarding any issues. Does it freeze? Yes. It has frozen on me several times, and unfortunately, I have to unplug the power supply to unfreeze it. I have tried it with both Kodi and the apps of Disney Plus, Antenna Plus, and Cosmote Tv. Most freezes occurred with Kodi, but several times it froze even on startup before I entered any app. It is connected exclusively via Wifi at a distance of about 3 meters. Sometimes it disconnects, and sometimes while it was connected, it had a low transfer rate, and I had to restart it (by unplugging it) for it to work properly. I would buy it again only if I had to pay 50-60 euros more for greater reliability.

It needs more RAM and a better operating system.
In any case, it is a nice option for an old TV that you want to connect to your mobile, for example.

I've had it for a while, I hadn't done a review. I've connected it to a projector and it has solved my problems. Fast, I haven't seen any cuts in the movies even in 4K. It looks and is quality. For someone who needs a TV Box, it is probably the most value for money.

I got it for Kodi and YouTube. Locally (from hdd to usb) Kodi is very good, immediate and fast, however: It cannot connect to the internet (either via ethernet or via wifi) 7/10 times, resulting in me not being able to watch YouTube and Kodi malfunctioning. Its menu is the classic Android, but its responsiveness does not reflect reality: Partly it doesn't understand that my network has internet access, and on the other hand, it says it is not connected (to the network - not to the internet) while it is connected. Generally, its network functionality is terrible - if I had known, I wouldn't have bought it since whatever anyone wants, the internet is essential. Out of nowhere, it says that the ethernet disconnects! Stay away!

I use it for watching videos via LAN with powerline using the KODI app from a NAS device. After 8 months of use, it started to shut down on its own, restart, and generally freeze (usually a black screen). It had almost no freezes until the last update it did in March. If the update is not to blame, then the most likely cause is damage from power outages that occurred coincidentally during the same period. I will return it to see if it can be repaired.

Therefore, it is ESSENTIAL to install a voltage monitor on the panel to avoid any damage after a power reset! The cost is negligible (20-25€ for the monitor + installation cost)...

Update: It seems that the issue is actually with Kodi, which apparently is not 100% suitable for DLNA use. I did not return it and will conduct tests with Plex Media Server to see its behavior...

I bought it on 05/09/23 to use it as IPTV. The negative thing is that it doesn't accept high speed no matter how fast internet you have in your space. After less than 7 months of operation, the box turned off, so I sent it back and I'm waiting for updates. Suddenly, it stopped outputting to the TV where it used to play.

You give something extra but it returns it back to you. 100% reliable. It doesn't stick anywhere. Very fast, remote control with voice commands that work perfectly. I ended up with this because of the good reviews and the ethernet port that Xiaomi doesn't have, and it didn't disappoint me.

From the picture, it seems to be the best, but the sound is mediocre to bad, not 5.1, only 3.1. It does not read files from USB. 3 stars because the sound is bad.

As soon as it arrived, I opened it with joy, put it on the TV, and to my great disappointment, I saw that you can't download neither Chrome nor Mozilla nor any other well-known browser. It doesn't allow me to install applications that exist in the Play Store, but it gives me a message that it can't be installed on this device. It doesn't allow you to download Gmail either. I bought it for IPTV, but it simply doesn't work. Only children can use it for Netflix or Disney. Nothing more.

I have owned it for 7 months now. Very easy to use. Sometimes it crashes from applications, but usually when I haven't opened it for a while and it updates. The remote control is very user-friendly. Just what you need for a smart box.

Good overall product, I wouldn't say it's better than the equivalent Amazon stick. Unfortunately, I also encountered the problem with Netflix freezing. The only solution I found is to go to settings, applications, select Netflix, and then force stop. After that, it works, it's at least a solution that doesn't require restarting every time. I have not used a tvbox in the past, so I cannot say that I am objective. To me, it looks fine. I connected it to wifi, it recognized my TV (an LG) perfectly and it works great, playing everything. The UI seems a bit slow to me, but I don't know if that's how it is with these devices. It does its job decently.

I had the Mi TV bx from Xiaomi and because the Cosmote app wasn't working (to be exact, it would restart after 2-3 minutes on the Box), I bought this one after reading Nokia's reviews. After 3 weeks, I can say that it's worth the money. Nova, Cosmote, Netflix (which I have subscriptions to) all work properly without any freezing, restarting, or other issues. I am completely satisfied!!!!
