The K&N high-flow air filter is washable and reusable, made with four layers of cotton gauze treated with oil and a special adhesive to capture contaminants. It comes pre-oiled and fits into the factory airbox as a direct replacement for the original filter. Its design aims to improve airflow, horsepower, acceleration, and overall engine performance.
Under normal highway driving conditions, it needs cleaning every 120,000 km. Reusing the filter helps reduce the need for disposable filters and the waste associated with them.
