The K&N 33-3037 high-flow air filter is washable and reusable, with filter media made from layers of oiled cotton. The four layers of cotton gauze are treated with a special bonding agent to trap contaminants. It is designed to improve airflow and increase horsepower and acceleration.
The filter comes pre-oiled and fits in the factory air box. It needs cleaning every 120,000 km under normal highway driving conditions.
