Design and Materials: BMC engineers, using advanced software and the latest technologies, produce BMC air filters. A filter must be very light and improve performance. For this reason, only woven alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material consists of cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece without bonded joints at the corners, avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
