Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers, using advanced software and the latest technologies, produce BMC air filters. Only woven alloys with epoxy coating are used to ensure protection from gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff have developed a production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters in a single piece without welded joints at the corners. This system, called "Full Molding," is derived from R&D in F1 and is significant for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
