Each filter is made from the best raw materials, is lightweight, and improves performance. Braided alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material includes a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber injection, producing the familiar red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded joints, thus avoiding the risk of breakage. This system, known as "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and contributes to the technical and qualitative characteristics of BMC air filters.
