An F1 filter is very lightweight, made from the finest raw materials, and enhances performance by using woven alloys with epoxy coating for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation. The filtering material includes special cotton gauze impregnated with low viscosity oil.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding that produces the red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece without welded joints, reducing the risks of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
