Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers produce BMC air filters using advanced technologies. An F1 filter must be very lightweight, made from the best raw materials. Woven alloys with epoxy coatings are used to protect against petrol fumes and oxidation. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze soaked with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.

Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a production system based on soft rubber molding. BMC filters are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints, avoiding risks of breakage. This system, known as "Full Molding," derives from R&D in F1 and is important for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
