The BMC FB259/01 is a high-flow air filter for the Audi A6 and A8. Its multi-layer construction includes cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil, designed to provide high airflow and reduced pressure loss.

It is made with woven alloys coated with epoxy to protect against petrol fumes and oxidation caused by moisture. Its Full Molding construction is made from soft rubber in one piece, with no bonded joints. The filter is washable and reusable.
