Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure higher airflow than the original paper filters. The BMC fiberglass filters minimize the loss of air flow pressure passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for fully exploiting maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC's specialized engineers use advanced software and the latest technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter is very lightweight and made from the best raw materials. Woven alloys with an epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to air humidity. The filtering material consists of a special cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil for better air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the familiar red BMC filters. They are made in a single piece with no welded joints at the corners, avoiding the risks of breakage. This system, called "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is important for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
