Instructions:
- 500g flour
- 400ml lukewarm water
- 50g fresh yeast (14g dry)

Mix the ingredients and knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Place the dough in an elongated mold (1.5 liters) and let it "rest" for about 30 minutes. Bake in the lower part of the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 °C.
