Performance: BMC air filters are designed and manufactured to ensure a higher air flow than original paper filters. The BMC fiberglass filters minimize the loss of air flow pressure passing through the filter, ensuring the best conditions for full utilization of maximum power.
Design and Materials: BMC’s specialized engineers use advanced software and technologies to produce BMC air filters. An F1 filter must be very lightweight, made from the best raw materials, and improve performance. Only woven alloys with epoxy coating are used for protection against gasoline fumes and oxidation due to air humidity. The filtering material consists of a special cotton mesh impregnated with low-viscosity oil for optimal air permeability.
Advanced Technology: BMC's technical staff has developed a specific production system based on soft rubber molding, which produces the red BMC filters. They are manufactured in a single piece without welded joints at the corners, preventing the risk of breakage. This system, known as "Full Molding," originates from R&D in F1 and is crucial for the technical and quality characteristics of BMC air filters.
