The BMC FB473/04 air filter is a high-flow air filter for the Porsche 997 Turbo. Its multilayer construction features cotton gauze impregnated with low-viscosity oil and is designed to provide high airflow with reduced pressure loss. The Full Molding method uses soft rubber to create a single-piece construction without welded joints.
The filter is washable and reusable. The epoxy-coated mesh alloys protect against petrol fumes and oxidation caused by moisture.
