Return Policy

• A) In the case of defective GIGALED imported material or GIGALED's error in the order, immediate replacement will be provided and shipping costs are free.
• B) In any other case, you will need to pay for the shipping costs.

The products must be in good condition, properly packaged, and not used.

Any defective resale products can be returned under the return policy of the respective company.
