Cheap construction and the handle seems to wobble a bit, but for stainless steel at this price it's okay.

For the money, it's okay but only up to a certain point.
I bought it to see if the kids could clean the barnacles off the boat.
With a little more power, they could do it, but it also has quite a few rust spots now.
Next time, I would get something better.
