Description

Description

The Malatec night guard conforms to the dental arch and is used to relieve symptoms of bruxism, such as teeth clenching and pain. To shape it, place it in boiled water that has cooled to approximately 70 °C for 20–30 seconds, then bite down on it while it is over your teeth.

After 1–2 minutes, remove it and place it in cold water for 2–3 minutes. If it is too large, it can be trimmed.

    This is a low-quality boxing mouthguard, not suitable for boxing. You can buy the same thing cheaper at a sports store, with a better brand and quality. The Amila mouthguard is priced at 5 euros, while this particular noname one, without usage instructions (silicone mouthguards require boiling in hot water to soften and mold), comes in a simple plastic bag, made in PRC and imported from Poland. I do not recommend it
