    If you are a fan of SEB, nothing replaces it. I have the old one from 1982, a gift from my mom! It works perfectly and I can't part with it. But then I got an induction cooktop and the old one doesn't work with the new technology! So I spent the 180 euros without much thought, just because I knew, from 50 years of experience, that I was getting the best there is! The current one is 10 liters (the old one, for those who have it and no longer have the specifications, is 8 liters), slightly larger. It is also slightly wider in diameter. But in terms of technology, it is unbeatable! If you have the money for the queen of pressure cookers, don't hesitate!
