Unfortunately, it does not seem satisfactory to me, unlike most comments. First of all, I have never seen a worse base. It does not even adjust the tilt and it looks downwards. Worse than the cheapest Chinese screens. I bought a separate VESA base, otherwise it doesn't work.
Very strange colors, probably impossible to adjust to somewhat neutral colors, the very yellow becomes very blue, always unnatural colors. In games, maybe it doesn't seem so bad, but in browsing, productivity apps, and creative work, it's a bit annoying.
Also, crazy ghosting effect even with the supposed 1ms.
What can I say, for me, it's very mediocre, I got fooled because on paper it seems fine.

Καταρχάς δεν έχω δει ξανά χειρότερη βάση. Δε ρυθμίζει ούτε το tilt, και κοιτάζει προς τα κάτω. Χειρότερη και από τις πιο φτηνές κινέζικες οθόνες. Πήρα ξεχωριστή vesa βάση αλλιώς δεν γίνεται δουλειά.
Πολύ περίεργα χρώματα, μάλλον αδύνατο να ρυθμιστεί σε κάπως ουδέτερα χρώματα ,η πολύ κίτρινη γίνεται η πολύ μπλέ,πάντα αφύσικα χρώματα. Σε παιχνίδια ίσως δε φαίνεται τόσο,αλλά σε browsing, σε apps παραγωγικότητας και creative work είναι λίγο ενοχλητικό .
Επίσης τρελό ghosting effect ακόμα και στο υποτιθέμενο 1ms .
Τι να πω ,για μένα πολύ μέτρια ,την πάτησα γιατί στα χαρτιά φαίνεται κομπλέ.
The colors are unacceptable. They are bluer than the sea. Even with a professional color calibrator, you cannot bring them to an acceptable level, neither from her menu nor with LUT. Either the highlights will be yellow or all the colors will be blue. You cannot achieve true white no matter what.
Τα χρώμματα της είναι απαράδεκτα. Είναι πιο μπλε και από την θάλλασα. Με επαγγελματικό color calibrator και πάλι δεν γίνεται να τα φέρεις σε αποδεκτό επίπεδο ούτε από το μενού της ούτε με LUT. Although it is Full HD (1920x1080p), when you activate HDR, it plays with the same quality as if it were 4K!! Incredible monitor, I have it connected to the Xbox Series S console.
Although at first it felt a bit strange to me because the ultrawide screen distorts the image slightly in the corners on consoles (barely noticeable, but the distortion is there), I still don't want to go back to my old 37-inch LG from the previous decade that I used to play games on.
When I connected the old LG again, I thought it was damaged and not working properly!
Incredible monitor.
The color palette is amazing, and you have two main options:
From the settings, in the image configuration, choose FPS for gaming, something that will make you very fast with the controller as it reduces lag to just 1 ms. And when you watch videos or movies, you want the HDR mode, something that will make the image so vivid with deep blacks that it has nothing to envy from a 2K ultrawide LG monitor that costs 500 euros...
I highly recommend it.
P.S.: Connect a good set of speakers to the headphone output (a 2.1 set from Logitech, for example, I have the Z513 which produces 50W pure power, it's a must for the monitor and costs around 50 euros) and you will truly elevate the monitor.
EDIT: Energy class E, not G, and IPS panel, not VA.
Αν και Full HD (1920χ1080p), οταν ενεργοποιησεις το HDR παιζει ποιοτικα σαν να ηταν 4κ!! απιστευτο μονιτορ, το εχω συνδεσει στην κονσολα xbox series S.
Αν και στην αρχη μου κακοφανηκε λιγο, γιατι η ultrawide οθονη παραμορφωνει στις κονσολες (ελαχιστα, ανεπαισθητα, αλλα ειναι εκει η παραμορφωση) την εικονα στα παιχνιδια στις γωνιες, παρολα αυτα δεν θελω να ξαναγυρισω στην παλια 37 ιντσων δεκαετιας LG που επαιζα games.
Οταν ξανασυνδεσα την παλια LG νομιζα οτι ειχε παθει ζημια και δεν επαιζε σωστα!
Απιστευτο μονιτορ.
Απιθανη η χρωματικη παλετα, και οι επιλογες που θελετε ειναι 2 κυριως :
απο τα settings, στην διαμορφωση εικονας επιελεξτε FPS για gaming, κατι που θα σας κανει πολυ γρηγορους στο χειριστηριο αφου ριχνει το lag μολις στο 1 ms, κι οταν βλεπετε βιντεακια ή ταινιουλες, θελετε το HDR mode, κατι που θα κανει την εικονα τοσο ζωντανη με το βαθυ αμυρο, που ΔΕΝ εχει τιποτα να ζηλεψει απο ενα 2κ ultrawide LG μονιτορ των 500 ευρω...
Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα.
ΥΣ : συνδεστε στην εξοδο ακουστικων ενα καλο σετ ηχειων (ενα 2.1 σετακι της Logitech, π.χ. εγω εχω το Z513 που βγαζει 50W καθαρα, ειναι must για το μονιτορ και κοστιζει ενα 50ευρο) και θα απογειωσετε την οθονουλα πραγματικα.
EDIT: ενεργειακη κλαση E και οχι G, και IPS panel, oχι VΑ.

2020 Model - D-Port: 1.4 - HDMI: 2.0
It also has 10bpc (Output Color Depth) compared to many and the UM69G which have 8bpc.
Cons: Its stand is not stable when moved horizontally. (-1 star)
I also own the other two in the 29'' LG series, the 29UM69G and LG 29WK500-P
On this particular monitor, a 3070 Ti is plugged in, so it is overkill for 1080p.
The LG 29WP60G-B is clearly a bit superior compared to the much-loved LG 29UM69G.
The colors are very accurate, comfortable with a very good viewing angle, contrast and brightness at good levels. As for those who say that 75Hz is too little, I would answer that for this price we shouldn't have too many demands.
The colors, brightness - contrast, as well as the black are very decent. Easy menu with joystick.
Up to €165 it's just fine! That's how much I bought it for.
With €250 you can get more Hz at 29' and a newer model, let's not go crazy now!
It's a lot for a 1080p monitor and 75Hz at the price you are giving now.

Unfortunately, it does not seem satisfactory to me, unlike most comments. First of all, I have never seen a worse base. It does not even adjust the tilt and it looks downwards. Worse than the cheapest Chinese screens. I bought a separate VESA base, otherwise it doesn't work.
Very strange colors, probably impossible to adjust to somewhat neutral colors, the very yellow becomes very blue, always unnatural colors. In games, maybe it doesn't seem so bad, but in browsing, productivity apps, and creative work, it's a bit annoying.
Also, crazy ghosting effect even with the supposed 1ms.

Καταρχάς δεν έχω δει ξανά χειρότερη βάση. Δε ρυθμίζει ούτε το tilt, και κοιτάζει προς τα κάτω. Χειρότερη και από τις πιο φτηνές κινέζικες οθόνες. Πήρα ξεχωριστή vesa βάση αλλιώς δεν γίνεται δουλειά.
Πολύ περίεργα χρώματα, μάλλον αδύνατο να ρυθμιστεί σε κάπως ουδέτερα χρώματα ,η πολύ κίτρινη γίνεται η πολύ μπλέ,πάντα αφύσικα χρώματα. Σε παιχνίδια ίσως δε φαίνεται τόσο,αλλά σε browsing, σε apps παραγωγικότητας και creative work είναι λίγο ενοχλητικό .
Επίσης τρελό ghosting effect ακόμα και στο υποτιθέμενο 1ms .
Τι να πω ,για μένα πολύ μέτρια ,την πάτησα γιατί στα χαρτιά φαίνεται κομπλέ.

Although at first it felt a bit strange to me because the ultrawide screen distorts the image slightly in the corners on consoles (barely noticeable, but the distortion is there), I still don't want to go back to my old 37-inch LG from the previous decade that I used to play games on.

Incredible monitor.
The color palette is amazing, and you have two main options:
From the settings, in the image configuration, choose FPS for gaming, something that will make you very fast with the controller as it reduces lag to just 1 ms. And when you watch videos or movies, you want the HDR mode, something that will make the image so vivid with deep blacks that it has nothing to envy from a 2K ultrawide LG monitor that costs 500 euros...
I highly recommend it.
P.S.: Connect a good set of speakers to the headphone output (a 2.1 set from Logitech, for example, I have the Z513 which produces 50W pure power, it's a must for the monitor and costs around 50 euros) and you will truly elevate the monitor.

Αν και Full HD (1920χ1080p), οταν ενεργοποιησεις το HDR παιζει ποιοτικα σαν να ηταν 4κ!! απιστευτο μονιτορ, το εχω συνδεσει στην κονσολα xbox series S.
Αν και στην αρχη μου κακοφανηκε λιγο, γιατι η ultrawide οθονη παραμορφωνει στις κονσολες (ελαχιστα, ανεπαισθητα, αλλα ειναι εκει η παραμορφωση) την εικονα στα παιχνιδια στις γωνιες, παρολα αυτα δεν θελω να ξαναγυρισω στην παλια 37 ιντσων δεκαετιας LG που επαιζα games.
Οταν ξανασυνδεσα την παλια LG νομιζα οτι ειχε παθει ζημια και δεν επαιζε σωστα!
Απιστευτο μονιτορ.
Απιθανη η χρωματικη παλετα, και οι επιλογες που θελετε ειναι 2 κυριως :
απο τα settings, στην διαμορφωση εικονας επιελεξτε FPS για gaming, κατι που θα σας κανει πολυ γρηγορους στο χειριστηριο αφου ριχνει το lag μολις στο 1 ms, κι οταν βλεπετε βιντεακια ή ταινιουλες, θελετε το HDR mode, κατι που θα κανει την εικονα τοσο ζωντανη με το βαθυ αμυρο, που ΔΕΝ εχει τιποτα να ζηλεψει απο ενα 2κ ultrawide LG μονιτορ των 500 ευρω...
Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα.
ΥΣ : συνδεστε στην εξοδο ακουστικων ενα καλο σετ ηχειων (ενα 2.1 σετακι της Logitech, π.χ. εγω εχω το Z513 που βγαζει 50W καθαρα, ειναι must για το μονιτορ και κοστιζει ενα 50ευρο) και θα απογειωσετε την οθονουλα πραγματικα.
EDIT: ενεργειακη κλαση E και οχι G, και IPS panel, oχι VΑ.

On this particular monitor, a 3070 Ti is plugged in, so it is overkill for 1080p.
The LG 29WP60G-B is clearly a bit superior compared to the much-loved LG 29UM69G.
The colors are very accurate, comfortable with a very good viewing angle, contrast and brightness at good levels. As for those who say that 75Hz is too little, I would answer that for this price we shouldn't have too many demands.

I wanted a wide monitor for the office. Quite good but for its maximum resolution it needs a display port cable. With the hdmi that the company provides, it simply underperforms, which I find unacceptable.
