General use/maintenance instructions for Cooking Utensils

• Before using the product for the first time, remove all labels and stickers, clean it with water and soap.
• Coat the non-stick surface with olive oil and wipe lightly.
• It is not necessary to use oils or fats when cooking in the non-stick utensil.
• Choose the correct size of burner and center the utensil over the heat source.
• We recommend using your utensil on low or medium heat, not greater than 280° C.
• Do not cook fatty foods to the point where they burn and blacken.
• Do not use sharp cooking tools and do not cut inside the utensil.
• Store the utensil carefully to keep the inner non-stick coating intact.
• Utensils with plastic handles SHOULD NOT be used in the oven.
• Cleaning: Hand washing with a sponge and dishwashing liquid is recommended.
• Using a dishwasher may discolor the utensil.
• Do not use abrasive and corrosive products.
• It is preferable to use protective gloves for the safe cleaning of the utensils.
• Avoid sliding cooking utensils over a ceramic hob.
• Before starting to cook, ensure that the base of the utensils and the hob surface are clean.
