Ideally, use lukewarm to warm water. I tried it with 'cold' tap water and it freaked out my roots inside. It does the job it promises, I see limescale falling into the sink even though I recently cleaned, which is why it hurt with the cold. Everything is fine. Be careful with the little clip underneath because it's very stiff and I don't think it will withstand many removals and reattachments. It would be best not to remove it at all unless there is a reason or need.

purchased on 04/06/2025 and still works flawlessly. the battery lasts a long time and it cleans the teeth well. I recommend it.

It broke. Within a year. Without me doing anything special. I didn't get it wet nor did I ever drop it. Poor construction. I had bought one from Lidl and it lasted 3 years.

It has quite a lot of volume, it throws water but not as targeted as I would like and it is quite noisy

After one year, it stopped working. What's the point of buying something cheap if it breaks so quickly?

It does what it promises, very convenient to use. I've had it for six months. Before, I had one from Lidl. I think this one is better.

If you put a membrane just to cover the joint of the device with the part that sprays water, it won't get damaged at all! I've had it for a few months now and it has remained a strong soldier, doing its job perfectly!!! So, the quality-price ratio is equally good.

For the price I got it for (€26), it is very worth it. It does a good job cleaning, has 3 levels for pressure adjustment. The construction is durable and the battery lasts a long time with one charge. I hope the price stays low

It does an amazing job, I am absolutely satisfied. I use it at night and fill it up 2 times to clean my teeth from the inside and outside with strong intensity (I also add a bit of mouthwash). As for the water that might fall on the device, I followed the advice from a comment here where you put transparent wrap (kitchen) to avoid damage, since the device is not waterproof. To be sure that it won't get wet, I wrapped the film around the point where we put the nozzle and "sealed" it with the nozzle, as I show in the photos. Just try it once and you will never part with it.

UPDATE:
Everything was fine until I needed to charge it, where I realized that it basically doesn't charge... I don't know if I got a defective cable, I would like to try getting another cable just in case, but unfortunately if it doesn't work with another cable, the product is basically going to recycling :/ I hope I just got a defective one because it's really good and it's a shame

It has very low pressure and does not clean at all between the teeth. It is recommended not to get it wet, but this is impossible since it splashes a lot and everywhere. You can't use it with your mouth closed because you can't see to direct it, and also because there is nowhere for the water to go. Definitely one of those products that aren't worth even one star, wasted money

It does its job just fine, but the spray is not continuous and takes some getting used to. On the low intensity setting, it is very weak. Also, it would be better if the liquid container was somewhere on a base so that you only held the nozzle. It works like an extra to brushing.

But,
2 months later it started leaking from somewhere and filling the countertop with water.
Over time, it started working ON ITS OWN at random times!

Mine worked great for 4 months and then started turning itself on at all hours of the day and night. It also leaked alot of water all over the counter top which was really annoying.

As a helpful accessory, it is worth it, especially for those who wear braces, quite powerful, splashes everything in the bathroom.

It is less powerful than I expected, even on the highest setting. The water definitely runs out before you finish a wash, and it needs to be refilled in the container. It's not tragic though, considering its price.

On 14/5/2023 it stopped working, I left it to charge all night but all it does is light up for 1 second and then turn off, basically a waste of money, I would give it 0 stars if possible, -1

You DO NOT buy this product, imho, to stop brushing your teeth. You MUST buy this product to get all food stuck between teeth (resulting i cavities) flushed and reduce the need for flossing. A MUST buy for families to be used by the kids. Love the product.

As a product, it is excellent! It cleans the teeth perfectly and has a very powerful washing force. Basically, the feeling of mouth cleanliness is unique. Unfortunately, I have to give it 3 stars because after 2 months of daily use, it stopped working. Surely, as the instructions say that it is not waterproof, water goes into the device when it is thrown. It is very difficult to avoid this.

The device is much better than I expected. The water pressure is sufficient, I would say more than sufficient.
What it removes from the teeth can only be compared to the corresponding machine that the dentist has. It is impossible to achieve such cleanliness with floss or brushes. It's a shame I didn't know this earlier...
In terms of handling, it requires a technique, it must be applied in the tightest possible mouth and very close to the teeth, otherwise it splashes and makes the surrounding area messy. After a few uses, you find the trick and everything is easy.
Overall, a clean five stars! One of those purchases that you are glad you made....

I bought it on 14/6, it stopped working on 8/8. There was no warranty in the packaging, only usage instructions stating that it is not waterproof. No matter how you hold it, water will still run through, no matter how careful you are, it's impossible to prevent. It did a good job, but what's the point if it needs to be replaced every 2 months?

Just when you use it, close your lips so that water doesn't splash everywhere as some others write in the reviews, and you won't have any problem, on the contrary, it does a good job. Also, put a mouthwash cap inside for even better results (not Listerine, it's generally bad), a simple one for everyday use.

Good quality product that does not have many disadvantages compared to more well-known brands. (Give more emphasis on higher quality and more expensive electronic toothbrush, this is accompanying). It is ergonomic, not huge, holds water for about 45 seconds, that is a good pass between the teeth below and above. The intensity is very satisfactory, most of the time I did not need to operate it above the 1st and 2nd level (it also has a 3rd level). And the battery is impressive, after about 2 weeks of daily use I still haven't recharged it. The only reason it doesn't get 5/5 is that I haven't used all the accessories yet to try them out and have a longer period of use. Recommended for people who want to improve their oral health and are looking for an affordable and quality water flosser.

3 stars, maybe 2 because:
- it sprays too much water and everything gets messed up. You can only avoid it by keeping your mouth closed.
- the water tank is so small. You have to start with it full and do the job targeted because it runs out quickly.
- who thought it was smart to put the charging port on the bottom and not include a charger? So, to charge it, you have to turn it sideways, without water of course, and plug it into a USB port.
- I don't know where other users see the pieces that come out when there is so much water...
- I would like an attachment that allows me to clean comfortably behind the front teeth as it is almost impossible.
- finally, the product advertised that it comes with a travel case, but after obvious observation, it turned out to be a wrong statement. At least they removed it.

I would give it more stars, but when you use it, everything gets wet. Also, it didn't have its own charger and it needs a specific ampere, I think, because I tried using it with a different one and it burned out.

I had no idea about the existence of such a device. I learned about it from a friend, researched it, and bought this specific one. It really worth it and it is an essential device that everyone who cares about their oral hygiene should have, even more than their toothbrush. Now, about this specific device that I have had for about a month, it has a battery life of over 10 days, with twice daily use. I use it on the 3rd (highest) water pressure setting, which is satisfactory. I don't know if there are devices with even higher pressure (I would prefer that). I brush my teeth and use the device with the water it shoots out to rinse them. It cleans the interdental spaces perfectly, leaving a feeling of well-being and gum health. It is very sturdy and well-made, with a large water capacity, just enough for one use.

I bought it today.
What a power it has, man! I brushed my teeth for 2 minutes with the Oral B 9000 toothbrush, and then I used this. Pieces were flying off! Turns out, there were still leftovers in my mouth.
Now my mouth feels super clean!
If it also lasts and doesn't break immediately, it will be one of the best purchases. Keep in mind that the pressure it releases is even greater than Lidl's. I use it on the medium setting.

EDIT: I couldn't take it anymore. After changing it 3 times, I changed my review to one star. The job it does is amazing. However, the build quality is terrible! The battery doesn't charge, the device short circuits, and it turns on and off by itself (it starts working on its own in the pitch black of midnight). Now the 3rd device has broken again! It doesn't turn on! It doesn't charge!
Get something else that lasts longer.
