I have it and have been using it for 2 years. Its great advantage is that it is lightweight and very comfortable for digging, with the very good anti-vibration system that Makita has. You have full control over the concrete and the fillings of the slab that it breaks. You can also use it very comfortably while kneeling. For plumbers, it is the best for renovations especially! Its purchase is worth it for the above advantages.

Positive: stable trigger, in others you have to hold it constantly, light, maybe the most joules in its AVT category, and relatively economical (I'm only talking about the demolition function). Now the negatives: I live on an island and I learned that 1 in 3 is sent for repair within a few days. Mine broke the coil within 15 days and I have to pay the shipping costs again for it to go to Athens and return. I won't buy Makita again, they're basically Chinese now, that's why only 2 stars
