Nice product. It didn't leave any strange taste wherever I put it. I don't think what's written on the packaging is true, "5 drops = one spoonful of sugar". It needs quite a bit more

Performance I have tried is the only one that alters the taste the least... and it is quite satisfactory... in small quantity I don't notice a difference... I also put it in yogurt and it is amazing...

Contains maltodextrin.

Maltodextrin increases blood glucose and insulin levels.

Maltodextrin with a high glycemic index quickly increases blood glucose, resulting in a sudden increase in insulin.

To put it into perspective, table sugar has a GI of 65 while maltodextrin has a GI of 90-105.

Continuous high blood glucose and sudden increase in insulin can lead to insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes (4).

It spoils the taste because it leaves that characteristic anise-like sensation that stevia has, you need a larger amount because it is not very sweet and it pours uncontrollably. I ended up with Slim Fix which is sweeter and does not alter the taste of drinks at all.

I bought it randomly from the market because I couldn't find anything else... It didn't impress me, but I didn't see a huge difference from others like the slim fix. If you find the ideal dosage, it's pretty good... If you put too much, it makes you nauseous, if you put a little, you don't notice a difference in sweetness (I drink my beverages towards the sweet side)

Very satisfied with its use. It just needs more drops compared to other similar products, but for me, the fact that it has fewer chemical ingredients compensates for that. In the end, I drink my coffee towards the bitter side, so with previous products, I would add 2 to 3 drops to achieve sweetness, while now I add 4 to 5 with minimal difference.

Also, the drops fall easily, unlike others that form crystals at the spout, and the drops can be small or large depending on the occasion.

Very good product and it only has 2 sweeteners, steviol and sucralose. With three drops, it sweetened the coffee.

With slim fix, I used to put 8 drops in my coffee, with this one I need 18 to achieve the same sweetness! So it may be a larger quantity for the same price but it finishes in the same period! Moreover, several reviews confirm this here..

It has no taste at all even if you add a lot more drops, it's like water. Wasted money, don't buy it.

It does not have a very intense sweet taste. To make the coffee sweet, it is not enough to add 2 or 3 drops like with other stevia packages. So it may have more in quantity but it will last the same... Since you have to add about 10 drops... to drink a medium coffee.

I would like to confirm what previous reviewers have said and say that compared to "Intermed Stevia Slim Fix," its sweetness is half. This means that someone who puts 15 drops (sweet) in their coffee with "Intermed Stevia Slim Fix" would need to put double the amount (30) with this product to achieve the same result, which in turn means that the price/quantity/"performance" ratio is clearly against this product here....

(I started using stevia in my coffee with this specific product, so I had learned a specific dosage for my taste. When I tried "Intermed Stevia Slim Fix," it was exactly half the dosage for the same sweetness).

I can't understand the previous reviewers. The product has excessive sweetness. If you put too much, it doesn't go away from your mouth!! Check your taste buds!!

I use the slim fix. I decided to try this one due to its price and quantity, but I didn't like it. It says it needs 5 drops for a spoonful of sugar, just like the Slim Fix, but no matter how much you put, it doesn't give sweetness. It has no resemblance to the Slim Fix. So, it's not worth it and it's not cost-effective. I won't buy it again.
