Tight Regular Loose
I got the medium size, but the rubber band's fit under the chest felt too tight after a while. I felt a lot of pressure and had to take it off. The same thing happened another time. I don't know if I will try it again. It's expensive for what it is, since the size doesn't correspond correctly. It fits more like a small than a medium. It will be a waste.
Πήρα το medium αλλά είναι πολύ σφιχτή η εφαρμογή του λάστιχου στο διάφραγμα κάτω απο το στήθος μετά απο κάποια ώρα ένιωσα να με πιέζει πολύ και αναγκάστικα να το βγάλω, το ίδιο συνέβη κι άλλη μια φορά δεν ξέρω αν θα το δοκιμάσω ξανά, ακριβό για τα χρήματά του αφού το μέγεθος δεν αντιστοιχεί στο σωστό, περισσότερο με small ταιριάζει παρά με medium, χαμένο θα πάει.

Πολύ στενό, όχι άνετο, πιέζει πολύ στο λάστιχο σε σημείο να πρέπει να το αφαιρέσεις μετά απο κάποια ώρα, ακριβό για να πάει χαμένο!
