Transparent flexible instant adhesive 2-component for gap filling.

Instructions for use:
  • The surface must be dry and free from dust and grease.
  • Insert the push rod and then unscrew the cap and screw on a mixer. The first 1 to 2 cm of the adhesive mixture should not be used.
  • Then immediately apply the adhesive to one of the two parts to be bonded and join them within 1 minute. After the two substrates are joined, allow an additional 15-30 seconds for repositioning (depending on the material). The joint must be uniformly pressed/stabilized in place. The curing time is the time it takes for the adhesive to cure a weight of 3 kg for 10 seconds in a bonding area of 250 mm². The curing time depends on the substrate (see table in the technical data sheet).
  • After about 5 minutes, good initial strength is achieved, after 10 minutes good strength is achieved, and after 24 hours final strength is achieved. However, the setting time depends on the temperature.
  • If you want to continue using the mixer, reuse the adhesive within 2 minutes or discard a few drops from the mixing tube so that it does not clog with cured material. If work is interrupted for more than 2 minutes, the mixing tube must be replaced.
  • When finished, remove the mixer and screw the sealing cap back in place.
