I've had them for about a year.
I would call my use amateur, as I have worn them during reservist exercises at a frequency of twice a month and walked from 5 to 15 kilometers each time, except for the 'Makedonomachos' where I walked 25 kilometers in various conditions, from dry fields to wet grass, mud, and puddles where the boot went into water up to the ankle.
They didn't make a sound and no water got in. We're not even talking about the incredible and unmatched combination of comfort and safety...
I have no reason to doubt the comments about them falling apart after 6 months. It surprises me, and I believe that perhaps the company makes one boot in one place and the other elsewhere, because otherwise such a difference in quality can't be explained. I refuse to pay over €200 for a boot that will last only 6 months... Normally, with professional use, it should last at least 4-5 years.
My own experience, however, is that it's the best boot I've worn in the last decade, by far compared to the second best.
Τα έχω κοντά ένα χρόνο.
Ερασιτεχνική θα την έλεγα τη χρήση καθώς τα έχω φορέσει σε ασκήσεις εφέδρων με συχνότητα 2 φορές το μήνα και περπάτημα από 5 έως 15 χιλιόμετρα κάθε φορά με εξαίρεση το Μακεδονομάχο όπου περπάτησα 25 χιλιόμετρα σε διάφορες συνθήκες από ξερό αγρό μέχρι μουσκεμένο γρασίδι, λάσπη και λακκούβες όπου μπήκε το άρβυλο στο νερό μέχρι αστράγαλο.
Δεν έκαναν κιχ και δεν πέρασε νερό μέσα. Δε μιλάμε καν για τον απίστευτο και άπιαστο συνδυασμό άνεσης και ασφάλειας...
Τα σχόλια για διάλυση στο 6μηνο δεν έχω κανέναν λόγο να τα αμφισβητήσω. Μου προκαλεί εντύπωση και πιστεύω πως μάλλον η εταιρία αλλού φτιάχνει το ένα άρβυλο και αλλού το άλλο γιατί δεν εξηγείται αλλιώς τέτοια διαφορά στην ποιότητα. Δε δέχομαι να δίνω πάνω από 200€ για άρβυλο το οποίο θα βγάλει 6 μήνες... Κανονικά αυτό θα πρέπει με επαγγελματική χρήση να βγάζει τουλάχιστον 4-5 χρόνια.
Η δική μου εμπειρία πάντως είναι πως είναι το καλύτερο άρβυλο που έχω βάλει την τελευταία 10ετία με διαφορά από το δεύτερο καλύτερο.
