Description

The Forces 8” GTX EN is a customized version of the XA Forces series. Special forces will appreciate the uncompromising dynamics and flexibility of this lightweight, athletic high-tactical boot. It combines the ease of walking and comfort of a running shoe with the support and protection of a tactical boot.

Features

  • Officially meets the ISO 20347:2012 testing standards and related standards for puncture resistance, antistatic properties, and slip resistance.
  • The 8-inch (20.32 cm) shaft is subjected to additional forces, such as movements of the user's body or external influences.
  • Shock absorption protection has been integrated, with additional protection in the ankle area and a soft collar lining material to ensure comfortable use.
  • The entire upper is made from a blend of non-reflective materials, full grain leather, and single-layer mesh.

GORE-TEX

The GORE-TEX® membrane makes the boot an ideal companion in all weather conditions. The three-dimensional elastic toe cap protects the foot from impacts and ensures high comfort on rough terrain.

SensiFitTM

The SensiFitTM system supports the foot from the midsole to the classic lacing system with closed hooks to create a secure, precise, and almost personalized fit. The interior of the boot is reinforced with an additional material for climbing support and fast rappelling. The performance and stability of the sole construction play a decisive role in the field.

Super overrated, yes, it's like wearing sneakers and that's just for show. They wear out very easily, you constantly need to maintain them, waterproof spray, special boot cream, etc., which, as a permanent member of the army with a family, I don't have time for. If I did, I would get a dog to spend my time on. Exaggerated, ok, but I want you to understand that they require constant care. As for waterproofing, I just laugh—ZERO for the money. In conclusion, for a 200+ euro boot, it's NOT worth it.

Medium to poor sole for its price. It opened within a year, poor quality even with normal use! I understand that the sides wear easily, otherwise the mudguards would not open there in the breaking of the fingers, very bad for this boot even though it is very comfortable, even one of the best boots I would say in terms of fit. Caution!

The boot is NOT waterproof as stated by the manufacturer!! After an hour of walking in the rain, it lets in water, enough to soak both pairs of socks. Otherwise, it feels excellent and is very lightweight.
Update. After 1.5 years of use, the sole completely disintegrated!! Be careful, if you buy them, check the year of production. Some people sell old boots that start to deteriorate after a short time.

After 5 months of use and with great care in their use, I notice cuts on the heels and the sole of the boot, and the terrain they are used on does not justify it. If it was the third or fourth winter that I wore them, I would justify it. In 5 months, I do not justify it.
