Ball terminals, or sphere terminals, are round male and female connectors that are combined to connect or disconnect a wired connection. The round male terminal is specifically designed to connect to a hollow female connector of the same size. The insulation of the terminal provides safety from accidents and also protects the connection from dust and physical wear.
