Usage Instructions

The handle on the top of the unit should be facing up. If it is facing down, pull it up.

It is important to note that the writing on the front of the AnySharp should be away from you when using it. Place it on the surface and move the handle downwards. The PowerGrip suction will keep the AnySharp securely in place. Simply place your knife in the sharpening jaw, apply light pressure, and pull the knife slowly towards you.
Make sure to apply only light pressure and gentle strokes as you pull your knife through the AnySharp. Use the correct pressure if the action is smooth and you are getting tiny metal filings from the knife. If you are not getting any filings or the motion is brittle or sticky, adjust the pressure to fit. The edge of the knife is always facing away from you and your hands are never near the cutting edge at any time.

Sharpens any knife with diamond precision. Sharpens serrated knives (e.g. bread knives, hunting knives).
Very safe one-handed use, PowerGrip suction securely attaches to any flat surface.
