    I have purchased the SEVERIN PG8107 sevo grill about a month ago. After four uses, it presented a problem. You repaired it and after three more uses, it presented the same problem again. I used it both times according to your instructions. The tray had water, the temperature was set to 270 degrees, and the lid was closed, but in both cases, the grill had an issue. It is unacceptable for a device that I paid 720 € for and I cannot enjoy it. If the problem is manufacturing-related, you should identify it and replace all the mechanisms, if it is only in my device. Thank you, but please resolve it before the end of summer.
