Isomat Latex is a polymer emulsion added to construction mortars to improve their adhesion to the substrate, elasticity, and abrasion resistance. It enhances the plasticity, water retention, and workability of fresh mortar, while reducing setting shrinkage and the cracking it causes.

It is used as a bonding layer between old and new concrete or mortar, in repair mortars, thin layers, and dust-free floor screeds. It is also used in waterproof cement screeds resistant to hydrostatic pressure, durable and waterproof renders, and cement screeds resistant to chemical substances and petroleum products.
