Apart from the fact that it doesn't protect you from the sun, the sun passes right through the umbrella even though it gives you shade! In the first 3 uses out of the 4 times I used it, I had to put a beach towel over the umbrella where the sun was hitting so we could get some relief!! The fourth time was a day when it got windy and on that day it was destroyed at the first gust!! Not only did it break, it tore at every point as if it was made of paper!! I was the only one on the whole beach this happened to!! Other people's umbrellas turned over but none broke except mine!! And not even at the first gust!! Honestly, one of the worst purchases I've ever made in my life!! I felt like I ordered from Temu!!
