Description & Specifications

Isomat Latex is a polymer emulsion added to construction mortars to improve their adhesion to the substrate, elasticity, plasticity and workability. It increases resistance to abrasion, chemical agents and petroleum products, while reducing shrinkage during curing and the cracking it can cause.

It is used as a bonding layer between old and new concrete or mortar, in repair mortars and thin layers, and in dust-free floor screeds, waterproof cement screeds resistant to hydrostatic pressure, and renders with increased strength and watertightness. It also improves water retention in fresh mortar and helps waterproof concrete and cement screeds.
