I bought this lock 2 months ago and I regret it.
At first, on the second day, it broke and the door of the building remained locked.
The locksmith who installed it easily bypassed it and replaced it with another one.
The second one he installed has an issue with the handle. You have to pull it all the way down to feel that it's pulling the latch inside. But that's not the only problem...
To open it from the outside with the intercom, you have to pull it out and then push it in. My children have learned how to do it, but when visitors come, I often have to go downstairs to show them because they can't get in!
I couldn't find an official dealership, I don't think there is one for this otherwise Italian company.
I have seen it in 2 other buildings and the problem is the same there with the opening mechanism!

Ο κλειδαρας που την πέρασε,με ευκολία την παραβίασε και την αντικαταστήσε με άλλη.
Η δεύτερη που μου έβαλε έχει θέμα με το χερούλι.Θελει να το κατεβάσεις τέρμα για να νιώσεις ότι τραβάει μέσα το κυπρι. Αλλά δεν είναι μόνο αυτό...
Για να ανοίξει από εξω με το θυροτηλεφωνο
πρέπει να τραβήξεις προς τα έξω και μετά να σπρώξεις.Τα παιδιά μου το έχουν μάθει αλλά όταν έρχονται επισκέπτες πολλές φορές κατεβαίνω για να τους το δειξω επειδή δεν μπορούν να μπουν!
Επίσημη αντιπροσωπεία δεν βρηκα,δεν νομίζω να υπάρχει στην κατά τα άλλα Ιταλική εταιρία
Την έχω δει σε άλλες 2 οικοδομές και το πρόβλημα είναι ίδιο και εκει στο θέμα του ανοίγματος!
