As mentioned earlier, it is mainly for toast and sandwiches but don't expect it to work as a grill. You will be waiting for a very long time! However, for toast it is very good and fast and personally I find the removable plates very convenient as they are very easy to wash.

It requires a little attention because the screws on the black plastic arm that hold the upper part often come loose. Check them every 2-3 months and tighten them slightly.

I bought it about a month ago and it doesn't toast evenly. The bottom heating element is stronger and the bottom slice of toast gets color while the top remains untoasted. It will be sent for service. If they don't replace it, never again izzy

Its strength is that it is suitable for everything and the intensity switch, when at zero, does not provide power like some other toasters. It functions as an extra on/off switch, so you can keep it permanently plugged in. It sits perfectly upright to save space and can comfortably fit 4 toasts and 6 if they are slightly squeezed, as long as they are not too full.

(Informative to all users... All cheap devices initially produce smoke and a burnt smell. You need to use them at maximum power 1 to 2 times to burn off the plastic that comes into contact with the metal part, and then they are fine.)
