Nice taste, I haven't done any tests but from the first uses I feel more energy and I've already completed a month and I've noticed a difference in energy and mood. I had a deficiency two years ago in D and I would definitely have one this year before starting it because I felt the same fatigue.

I had heard from doctors that vitamin D should be taken together with K (not alone) and also that the liposomal vitamin formula is the most absorbable, so I chose this particular product. I know that some people in the comments say that the taste is not good and I wonder.... Personally, I liked it very very much!!! Therefore, taste is relative...

The only vitamin D3 with which I saw a difference in my results. 8/3/24: D3 at 7.3 (excessively low). About 3 months later it rose to 23 (normal value). No more daily dizziness, insomnia, headaches, difficulty concentrating, exhaustion, unexplained fatigue, etc. Excellent product.

It is impressive how significantly it increases D3 in the blood test. Anyone who monitors it and undergoes serious treatment will see results.

It may not be essential, but for me, it was a deterrent from continuing to take this vitamin. The reason is the taste and smell, which are very, very unpleasant. Every time I took it, I felt nauseous, so I didn't continue with it.
