The shoes were purchased for my wedding and were worn only twice — on the wedding day and, a year later, at another wedding. They remained stored in their box all this time.
After the second use, the shoe faded and changed color, acquiring a bronze hue. I contacted the company and was asked for €50 for the repair.
I took them to a cobbler, but honestly, it's a shame.
The company, because the tassel is missing from one shoe in the photo, claimed that they cannot know how they were used. And I wonder: how exactly could they have been used? Did I paint them myself?

Μετά τη δεύτερη χρήση, το παπούτσι ξέβαψε και άλλαξε χρώμα, αποκτώντας bronze απόχρωση. Επικοινώνησα με την εταιρία και μου ζητήθηκαν 50€ για την επισκευή.
