It does its job perfectly for my coffee maker, cleans effectively, and is cheaper than the Nespresso cleaner.

I use it in the Dedica, based on the indications for descaling. I have had it since 2019, using it daily and I have not encountered any problems.

Very good job. It makes the machine work like new. With 4 coffees a day, I clean with this specific one once every 6 months and it works perfectly.

Excellent descaling liquid, I use it once a month on the filter machine and Nespresso, it is enough for five cleanings.

It does its job just fine. But overall, the descaling of the coffee machine is a bit of a hassle (it takes about 30 minutes)

I had issues with the Nespresso mini Essenza, but after cleaning it with the recommended amount, it works perfectly!

I believe it does the job. The maintenance message arrives on time to the company's machines. I didn't notice any difference in the machine's operation, which works with low salt content water. Maybe there are more economical options. Without considering this particular one expensive.

Excellent product.
Used in a Delonghi machine that has a setting for water hardness. I use only Zagori water, which has low hardness, for my coffee and I have set the machine to accept water with low hardness.
Therefore, I need to descale it every 250-300 coffees. (If you use tap water or water with higher hardness, you will need to do it more often).
The process is very simple, explained in the instructions of the liquid and the machine.
Depending on the machine, the process or time may vary slightly. In mine, it takes about 15-20 minutes.
This liquid is enough for 5 descalings, which lasts me for about 6-7 months because I make 1 coffee a day, rarely 2.

It did its job perfectly. The water container was full of limescale and then it became like new. I suppose the same happened inside the coffee maker. The water came out with bubbles, which means it really did a good job.

Excellent product. I bought it for my Krups Coffee Maker for Dolce Gusto and it did the job from the first descaling.

It does a great job of cleaning for the Nespresso Krups machine. 500ml, from 100ml each descaling. Usually, I run it three times and rinse three times with clean water to be sure. It is more economical and worth it compared to buying from Nespresso.

It does its job very well.
1) You put about 100 ml in the water container and fill it with filtered or bottled water (never tap water in coffee machines).
2) Press to release a small dose of coffee and leave it for about 20 minutes so that the liquid that has passed through the tubes can take effect.
3) Press to release the remaining doses until the water container is completely empty.
4) Fill ONLY with clean water and press to release multiple doses until the tube inside the machine is well rinsed.
*It goes without saying that coffee is not added during this whole process.

For 1-2 machines and occasional cleaning, it is a good product. For more frequent use, you can follow the same process with plain vinegar for a more economical way.

I cleaned the Dedica. I had tried another cleaner before and the descaling light wouldn't turn off. With this one, it worked perfectly. It leaves me with the impression that the coffee has changed its taste, it has become more flavorful

Whenever my machine indicates, I descale it with the specific liquid recommended by Delonghi. No issues so far, and I make sure to keep my machine clean inside and out to ensure proper functioning and avoid any problems

The product does exactly what it says. I used it in a Rohson espresso machine and it cleaned it from limescale. It requires a thorough cleaning afterwards to remove all the cleaner from the machine. It also polished the kettle from limescale it had.

I didn't see any difference compared to before. Maybe in the 1.5 years, my coffee maker didn't collect much salt(?).

It does exactly what it promises, I have had the Delongi Dedica for 5 years now and I clean it every time the descaling indicator lights up with this specific product. It has kept it in excellent condition and makes our espressos perfectly, just like the first day! Excellent quality and price ratio.

In delonghi magnifica Esam 3000 there is a difference in the taste of coffee after descaling. It is a very good descaling liquid, cleans the water tank almost without scrubbing.

Unfortunately, I did not see any difference in the machine, not even in the flow, even though I did 2 repeated cleanings

Excellent product without odors and effective. I used it in a 10-year-old Krups coffee maker and it works perfectly. Just finished the bottle and I want a second one. The quantity is worth it at this price.

Simple to use and easy. It did a good job and easily cleaned the Krups Genio S Plus without any odors afterwards.

I am not inside the machine to see the work it does...
However, when the flow in the machine decreases and cleaning is done with the product,
the machine has the expected flow!

As a product, it did its job very well.
The only negative aspect was the packaging it came in (the product box, not the package) was in a terrible condition, crumpled and torn.

Very good product for descaling. Very effective against limescale. Used in Dolce Gusto Krupps Espresso machine. Easy process. Just needs attention to dosage and thorough rinsing after descaling to avoid leaving traces of the product in the coffee maker. After descaling, there is noticeably better taste in the coffee. Highly recommended!
