Description

Dennree's sauerkraut is the well-known German Sauerkraut, which during its preparation, no vinegar is added, nor is the cabbage boiled, but it is allowed to ferment in the liquids it releases on its own, coming into contact with the salt. The sauerkraut, in addition to the probiotics it contains (lactobacillus and pediococcus), is also rich in vitamin C and digestive enzymes. The fermentation liquid is believed to cure both diarrhea and constipation.


How to Use

  • You can use it as a side dish for roasted chicken or turkey. 
  • Fill thin slices of smoked or boiled turkey or slices of roasted eggplant with it.

  • It wasn't as sour as I would have liked. It's edible but the taste is a bit different from what I used to get in Poland, which unfortunately isn't available here. I didn't like it that much but the company did a very good job with the packaging so that it arrived to me without breaking! Well done guys!
