I came to comment only because before I bought it I had read all these reviews and I was terrified! So, the milk dissolves at 50 degrees with a gentle stir just fine! It didn't leave any lumps nor did I do anything special, all the water first and then the corresponding amount of powder. It really helps us, but we didn't have any vomiting, we just spit up a little milk at each meal and after quite some time!

We took this specific milk upon the pediatrician's suggestion because we found that our 1-month-old baby had a mild form of reflux. It was the 3rd milk we changed to keep the baby calm. After 3 days, we found that it is easily drinkable with no issue in its dissolution, but our baby drinks a smaller quantity compared to other milks and it also causes a lot of gas, resulting in the child being restless and upset from the gas at night, in addition to colic.

My friends, do not be disappointed. It saved us... the child had reflux and the first time he consumed this specific milk, the problem was corrected. CAUTION in its preparation.
Take two warm ones. In one, put hot water (boiled, of course), in the other, put lukewarm water (also boiled). Mix the two waters to create water at a temperature of 37 - 39 degrees. Pour the corresponding measurements of milk and stir vigorously for at least 2 minutes. Then, before giving it to the child, make sure it does not have any lumps by stirring it vigorously and examining it next to a light. READY!

The only positive thing is that the colic stopped. But it has so many negatives that you don't know where to start. The emptying from 1-2 times a day became 1 every 2 days, if at all. The baby had a lot of gas and discomfort. The mixing was the worst we have seen in milk. Despite following the preparation instructions exactly, there were still pieces left. No matter how many attempts we made, it was the same. The flow hole was constantly clogged, resulting in irritation for the baby.

It has helped with reductions. Despite the drawbacks, it's fine. However, it doesn't dissolve at all. Not even at 50°C. And I hit it as if it were frappé. I will try it for stocking up and will return with a newer comment.

I don't know if the fact that it helped our baby with teething is enough to make me forget the trouble we go through during feeding time and afterwards. It constantly leaks and blocks the bottle, causing the baby to cry continuously during and after feeding, probably because his stomach hurts. Also, it is not easily cleaned with this specific product.

I give Humana AR Expert to my baby (4 months old) as a supplement to breastfeeding. He has been diagnosed with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) and we are treating it with Nexium. Our pediatrician recommended it to help with his stomach. In the first few days, he had difficulty drinking and digesting it, he made faces and had frequent hiccups. His bowel movements were diarrhea in the beginning. Now, after 3 boxes, his stomach has gotten used to it, he has hiccups less frequently, his bowel movements have improved, and overall he seems to enjoy drinking it. The only negative aspect is the mixing. If the water is not at 50oC, it clumps and sticks to the nipples, which makes feeding difficult for us. However, overall, I consider it to be a good formula.

We gave it to our little one for almost 2 months, but suddenly she started having reflux again and producing thick milk clumps, so our pediatrician recommended another anti-reflux formula. We will try it and if it doesn't work, we will definitely go back to Humana ar. As for mixing, it does indeed form lumps when the water is too hot or slightly frozen. If you pour half a dose, mix it, and then add the other half, it's fine.

We have been giving our little one the Humana ar for about a month now and we were very satisfied because the child had no reflux at all and drank the milk very pleasantly. However, it was replaced with the ar expert and since we started it, the child has been experiencing a lot of reflux, resulting in a loss of appetite because his esophagus is burning from the intense regurgitation.

Something has changed with the packaging regarding the dissolution. It is much better. I am glad that the company made this change. The truth is that with the previous packaging, if my pediatrician hadn't told me that it is good milk, I would have changed it yesterday. Now I am very satisfied with the product.

Our pediatrician recommended it to us and we found that the quality of the milk is quite good, without any side effects, and it is easily digestible. The child calmed down in a short period of time. I give it 5 stars.

We bought it because our first child was drinking Humana AR, our doctor told us that its composition has changed, the baby settled after 3-4 (2 days) meals and we are happy!

I know HUMANA from my first child, for whom my pediatrician recommended HA. After effectively addressing his colic, we continued with it until N3 without any problems and with great compliance from the child.
With my second child, who is now 3 months old, we had issues with moderate reflux. We started using the new AR EXPERT and after solving some problems in its preparation by talking to the pediatrician, the baby is doing much better, with fewer regurgitations and less frequency. And he drinks it pleasantly. I highly recommend it for such issues.

I was worried because I had read the comments here about this specific milk, but after speaking with my pediatrician and being reassured, I gave it to my little one and she immediately improved, both in terms of reflux and constipation that we had before. My little one drinks it happily!

Unfortunately, while I had given 5 stars to Humana AR, now that I have tried the regular one, I would give it a 1 star if I could. We had tried several different milks before settling on the regular Humana AR. The Expert version is a disappointment. We constantly have issues that we never had with the regular milk, and my baby does not enjoy drinking it at all. Unfortunately, we have already switched.

I agree with all of you that Expert is a failure. We used it for 10 days and I had no issues with vomiting. They changed the content (cornstarch instead of carob flour) without mentioning it ANYWHERE on the packaging (e.g. New composition), only if you read the ingredients on the back. The company that imports it told me to wait a week (!!!) for the child to get used to it. Come on, guys!

I have been giving it to my child from birth until now that he is 6 months old and we had no issues with digestion, burping (very few burps), or emptying. With the new packaging, everything changed. The child drinks it with difficulty, it hardly dissolves no matter how much you shake it, it foams a lot, and most importantly, it causes many burps almost like vomiting! I was very disappointed and I changed it on the same day that it showed intense symptoms, specifically after 3 days of use! I do not recommend it!!!

It helped us a lot with the issue of colic, and we felt relieved because we had tried other formulas but they didn't have the same result. However, Humana was the best choice and our doctor recommended it to us, and in the end, the colic was a thing of the past!
