The Olympus Sport 4006501 single mouthguard is designed for contact sports and is made from a single layer of vinyl suitable for oral use. It is semi-rigid and can be molded by heating it in water to fit the teeth.

To fit the mouthguard, place it in boiled water that has been allowed to cool for 45 seconds, and leave it there for 90 seconds. Then carefully remove it with a spoon, cool it under running water for one second, and place it over the upper teeth. Bite down firmly and press the edges for 20 seconds to shape the fit. Remove it, cool it under running water for 30 seconds, then put it back in to check the fit. Do not chew it.
