After 11 months of use, the screen started shaking and occasionally showed vertical color distortion. It was still under warranty and the panel was replaced. However, after a month, the problem reappeared. The screen would flicker, the image would disappear but there would still be sound. The motherboard and wiring were replaced. The image quality is good and the sound is decent. Hopefully, there won't be any more issues.

I bought it a year ago and it burned two panels. In two months and in the year above. They replaced it and I got the LG C1 OLED. Day and night!!!!!! The Nano looks bad in black and I wouldn't say it covered me for gaming. Better look for something better.

Owner of this specific TV for about 1 year and 2 months... excellent performance, fast connectivity and internet... very good quality and resolution, you just need to adjust it to your preferences through the settings. The initial factory operation, due to energy saving, is set to moderate performance and brightness, as well as other functions. When you adjust it to high or standard, then you can see the quality of the TV... excellent sound with the appropriate settings, of course... I recommend it... very good value for money...

Well, I have it here and I haven't used it for a year. The first month was fine, but after the first month, things started to go wrong (it took a long time to turn on, the menu was slow, and if you want to watch TV from an angle, there's a show that will hurt your eyes). It's the worst TV I've ever seen, guys. I paid 100 euros for it, I connect to the internet and it feels like I went back to 1995. I have no words, it's a waste of money, a waste of everything. The worst purchase I've made in my life, I really feel bad for those who bought it. If you're not the unlucky one who bought it and you see this review, please do yourself a favor and don't buy it, it's not worth it... Also, don't spend a lot of money on TVs, good TVs start at 2500 euros. That's all from me...

Coming from the LG49866NA and after replacement because the panel had a problem (a black line), UNFORTUNATELY. I have to say that this one has a VA panel unlike the IPS of the 866 (which UNFORTUNATELY is no longer available), it may have slightly better black but it has other significant disadvantages compared to the 866. There are two reasons to get a good TV. For the PICTURE and the SOUND. As for the sound, what can I say... SUPPOSEDLY both have 20W speakers but it's not just 20W for the 886PB because from where I had the volume at 10-15 at most in a movie or even a song, now I have to set it to 20-25 to have sound (okay... I like to listen to movies a bit loud, especially fantasy ones). So, twice the volume, so much for the 20W of the 886pb. As for the picture... both have their settings BUT... the 886 DOES NOT HAVE a setting that the 866 had (I compare these two because LG told me they are the same in EVERYTHING and this one is even better... which it is NOT) like VRR which the 886 doesn't have (look up what it does exactly) and like HDR which it doesn't have in the picture settings, except for cinema/filmmaker/eco, etc. (ALSO important, REMOVE the energy saving because it darkens the color). After searching on YouTube on how and what to change, I finally understood that the standard is the best choice, if you also remove the blue color of course, and for the sound, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER putting on that Al because it's a complete mess. Other than that, it seems like a good construction TV, sturdy. The picture is decent, especially if you come from a lower-quality TV, the same goes for the sound. For me, after searching, I realized that the best one after the 866NA was an OLED above 1200 euros, so it seems like I downgraded. I don't know if it's worth its money but because the 886PB is the ONLY NANOCELL that has dimming 100+ (this is important) and then for better options, go for OLED only, it's worth choosing this one over other NANOCELL TVs.

I bought it a month ago. It is an impressive television in terms of picture quality. The colors have definitely improved in terms of accuracy, and the AI feature does a great job. However, it is a television with several drawbacks. It does not have USB 3.0, which results in lagging in 4K movies with 7.1.4 audio. Shameful. The stand is of poor quality and creates instability, as it shakes strongly when touched, causing anxiety. Thankfully, it has silicone pads underneath that somewhat stabilize it. It lacks ports, with only 4 HDMI ports, 1 eARC, and 1 HDMI 2.1. This means that if you have an Xbox and a media player, you have to constantly plug and unplug the Xbox. They have improved the white band when the image is dark, as the local dimming does not bother. The sound is good overall, but it does not support DTS or even through pass, meaning it does not play 50% of movies unless they have a secondary DD audio. It is a television that promotes streaming subscription standards. Okay. You just have to know this beforehand, considering you are spending 1000 euros on it. It's not a small amount. Overall, it has some annoying features. I had a previous model from the same series, the 850V, which had superior quality in every aspect. I believe that someone who spends 1000 euros has certain expectations that this television does not meet. Those who get it on sale will definitely be thrilled.

Coming from a Samsung 4K 43'', I have to say that it is a decent TV, but in this price range (700€), Samsung TVs are far better. Its positives include excellent sound, 120hz, and a very nice remote control. The picture is good as long as you find the right settings, the menu is confusing but you get used to it. In this price range, Samsung QLED is the way to go

Well, the TV was purchased for 499 euros, LG 50NANO886PB, on 17/11/2021 and the conclusions are as follows:

Positives:
Very good picture with natural colors, quite good black, I didn't expect it, especially for the black coming from the Hisense 50U7QF QLED FALD Full Array, etc. due to replacement (it displayed a line in the center).
It has a tremendous picture on Netflix in Dolby Vision.
120Hz panel, connection with the PC makes a big difference, as well as with the XBOX console, especially there it shows its capabilities.
The speakers are very good, it will satisfy everyone, nice bass and just right.
Software with many applications such as COSMOTE TV and many other capabilities.
2x HDMI 2.1
Beautiful design.

Negatives:
The only issue I have, but it's not something terrible, is that on Netflix, in the bottom corners, it creates slight white shadows.
The software is a bit confusing, especially in the image settings, at least that's how it seems to me.

If anything changes, I will come back.

At this price, it definitely has no rival in terms of value for money.
I hope there will be more offers like this on Black Friday.

After urging from two friends who own the Nano886 50" and their positive comments, I finally made the purchase and I am very satisfied.

My previous TV was the LG UK6300 43" https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/uk6300

The upgrade in picture and sound quality is huge compared to the previous TV.

In terms of color, black, sound, and gaming, you can see and hear the difference.

I exclusively use the Nano886 50" with PS5, PC as a monitor, and for movies through Netflix.

The connection with the PS5 is flawless.
At 120fps, you are amazed at how smooth and effortless the fast-paced online battles are in modern warfare and cold war.
Opposing players are much easier to defeat compared to my previous TV.

As for using it as a PC monitor, it works perfectly without any issues so far.

Now, regarding watching movies through Netflix, it supports Dolby Vision and has satisfactory black levels, but it does have faint white shadows in the bottom right and left corners (when the frame is black while watching movies).
Also, when the end credits of a movie roll, there is a slight vertical grayish tint where the credits are.
Additionally, if you watch a movie from the edge of the couch, you notice a difference in black levels and colors.
Personally, it doesn't bother me, and I enjoy the movies as I watch them in the center of the TV.

It also has excellent compatibility with the Sony soundbar via HDMI ARC.

Coming from the LG49866NA and after replacement because the panel had a problem (a black line), UNFORTUNATELY. I have to say that this one has a VA panel unlike the IPS of the 866 (which UNFORTUNATELY is no longer available), it may have slightly better black but it has other significant disadvantages compared to the 866. There are two reasons to get a good TV. For the PICTURE and the SOUND. As for the sound, what can I say... SUPPOSEDLY both have 20W speakers but it's not just 20W for the 886PB because from where I had the volume at 10-15 at most in a movie or even a song, now I have to set it to 20-25 to have sound (okay... I like to listen to movies a bit loud, especially fantasy ones). So, twice the volume, so much for the 20W of the 886pb. As for the picture... both have their settings BUT... the 886 DOES NOT HAVE a setting that the 866 had (I compare these two because LG told me they are the same in EVERYTHING and this one is even better... which it is NOT) like VRR which the 886 doesn't have (look up what it does exactly) and like HDR which it doesn't have in the picture settings, except for cinema/filmmaker/eco, etc. (ALSO important, REMOVE the energy saving because it darkens the color). After searching on YouTube on how and what to change, I finally understood that the standard is the best choice, if you also remove the blue color of course, and for the sound, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER putting on that Al because it's a complete mess. Other than that, it seems like a good construction TV, sturdy. The picture is decent, especially if you come from a lower-quality TV, the same goes for the sound. For me, after searching, I realized that the best one after the 866NA was an OLED above 1200 euros, so it seems like I downgraded. I don't know if it's worth its money but because the 886PB is the ONLY NANOCELL that has dimming 100+ (this is important) and then for better options, go for OLED only, it's worth choosing this one over other NANOCELL TVs.

I bought it a month ago. It is an impressive television in terms of picture quality. The colors have definitely improved in terms of accuracy, and the AI feature does a great job. However, it is a television with several drawbacks. It does not have USB 3.0, which results in lagging in 4K movies with 7.1.4 audio. Shameful. The stand is of poor quality and creates instability, as it shakes strongly when touched, causing anxiety. Thankfully, it has silicone pads underneath that somewhat stabilize it. It lacks ports, with only 4 HDMI ports, 1 eARC, and 1 HDMI 2.1. This means that if you have an Xbox and a media player, you have to constantly plug and unplug the Xbox. They have improved the white band when the image is dark, as the local dimming does not bother. The sound is good overall, but it does not support DTS or even through pass, meaning it does not play 50% of movies unless they have a secondary DD audio. It is a television that promotes streaming subscription standards. Okay. You just have to know this beforehand, considering you are spending 1000 euros on it. It's not a small amount. Overall, it has some annoying features. I had a previous model from the same series, the 850V, which had superior quality in every aspect. I believe that someone who spends 1000 euros has certain expectations that this television does not meet. Those who get it on sale will definitely be thrilled.

Coming from a Samsung 4K 43'', I have to say that it is a decent TV, but in this price range (700€), Samsung TVs are far better. Its positives include excellent sound, 120hz, and a very nice remote control. The picture is good as long as you find the right settings, the menu is confusing but you get used to it. In this price range, Samsung QLED is the way to go

Well, the TV was purchased for 499 euros, LG 50NANO886PB, on 17/11/2021 and the conclusions are as follows:

Positives:
Very good picture with natural colors, quite good black, I didn't expect it, especially for the black coming from the Hisense 50U7QF QLED FALD Full Array, etc. due to replacement (it displayed a line in the center).
It has a tremendous picture on Netflix in Dolby Vision.
120Hz panel, connection with the PC makes a big difference, as well as with the XBOX console, especially there it shows its capabilities.
The speakers are very good, it will satisfy everyone, nice bass and just right.
Software with many applications such as COSMOTE TV and many other capabilities.
2x HDMI 2.1
Beautiful design.

Negatives:
The only issue I have, but it's not something terrible, is that on Netflix, in the bottom corners, it creates slight white shadows.
The software is a bit confusing, especially in the image settings, at least that's how it seems to me.

If anything changes, I will come back.

At this price, it definitely has no rival in terms of value for money.
I hope there will be more offers like this on Black Friday.

After urging from two friends who own the Nano886 50" and their positive comments, I finally made the purchase and I am very satisfied.

My previous TV was the LG UK6300 43" https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/uk6300

The upgrade in picture and sound quality is huge compared to the previous TV.

In terms of color, black, sound, and gaming, you can see and hear the difference.

I exclusively use the Nano886 50" with PS5, PC as a monitor, and for movies through Netflix.

The connection with the PS5 is flawless.
At 120fps, you are amazed at how smooth and effortless the fast-paced online battles are in modern warfare and cold war.
Opposing players are much easier to defeat compared to my previous TV.

As for using it as a PC monitor, it works perfectly without any issues so far.

Now, regarding watching movies through Netflix, it supports Dolby Vision and has satisfactory black levels, but it does have faint white shadows in the bottom right and left corners (when the frame is black while watching movies).
Also, when the end credits of a movie roll, there is a slight vertical grayish tint where the credits are.
Additionally, if you watch a movie from the edge of the couch, you notice a difference in black levels and colors.
Personally, it doesn't bother me, and I enjoy the movies as I watch them in the center of the TV.

It also has excellent compatibility with the Sony soundbar via HDMI ARC.

After 11 months of use, the screen started shaking and occasionally showed vertical color distortion. It was still under warranty and the panel was replaced. However, after a month, the problem reappeared. The screen would flicker, the image would disappear but there would still be sound. The motherboard and wiring were replaced. The image quality is good and the sound is decent. Hopefully, there won't be any more issues.

I bought it a year ago and it burned two panels. In two months and in the year above. They replaced it and I got the LG C1 OLED. Day and night!!!!!! The Nano looks bad in black and I wouldn't say it covered me for gaming. Better look for something better.
