    I have had the mechanism for a year now... Quite a few problems as a mechanism but overall it works, the worst thing is the company... I have needed to contact them for installation, I have needed to contact them for a replacement part, they pick up the phone and promise to call you back but they never do, never! They haven't realized that they are door mechanisms and if they don't get fixed, your house is left open... Unacceptable, you simply burn for a replacement part and you have to beg to find someone and in the end, you don't find anyone... Stay away, I am a technician and the most important thing in a company is responsiveness afterwards
