It seems to be a quality construction. It is the first time I have purchased it and I bought it for a third party, so I don't have firsthand experience. From what I have been told, it has enough pressure when the valve is fully open (I don't mean the button on the showerhead) to use it in sensitive areas. Also, the valve should be closed after use according to the manufacturer's instructions (from what I have been told), so you should learn to open it to the right point each time to avoid excessive pressure. It is very good in any case for cleaning the toilet bowl. I rated it based on the quality of construction, because since I have never used it, I don't know if the pressure issue is common.
