It is originally a Japanese blade form for a utility knife. It is equally suitable for meat, fish, and vegetables.

The blade of the knife is 16.5cm long and is made from high-quality stainless steel. It contains a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), ideal for the production of premium kitchen knives, it is expertly forged at Boker Solingen, structurally optimized, and then hardened to 58 HRC. This results in the blade having a longer lifespan and an even finer cut.

A special design feature of all the knives in this series is the gently rounded handle. This makes the knife easy and pleasant to use in any position and prevents unpleasant pressure on the hand, even if strong pressure is applied to the handle. The knives are extremely moisture-resistant and can also be used in professional kitchens.
