The light is relatively weak in both red and white. After a month of use, about 3 hours per week, the red started to fail (it wouldn't turn on properly, you couldn't select a program). After another 2 weeks, both burned out, two days apart from each other. They were definitely not worth the money. The packaging was visibly damaged. Maybe it was a display product. Money wasted for me.
