Lamoterra's almond butter primarily comes from the crushing of almonds, so that through processing, the oil of the nut is released, giving us a buttery-textured paste. It has a high concentration of monounsaturated fats (ω−7, ω−9), dietary fiber, calcium, potassium, manganese, vitamin E. Ideal for spreading on bread or as a nutritious addition to any recipe.
