In my case, with an Asus motherboard and the appropriate pump and fan headers, both the pump and the fans are completely silent as long as they are automatically controlled by the motherboard based on the CPU temperature... with a 13600kf and using the paste that Asus applied, it reaches 85°C in stress test, 55-65°C in gaming, 43°C idle. (with CPU voltage ~1.37-1.40v under load)

The pump at 100% produces a slight noise that is only audible if there is complete silence. The fans become audible after 1300rpm but remain quiet. At 100% they sound like an airplane, like all of them. The system remains silent until the CPU exceeds 70°C.

Very easy installation and flexible tubes, very good appearance and material quality.

    Negatives:
-edit: after some time I learned that to turn off the LED on the pump when the computer shuts down, you need to enable eRP ready in the BIOS… :)
-the performance for the money is average. With 100-120 euros you can get Arctic or BeQuiet with better performance
