Mercola Adhesive plastic glue is a viscous solvent-based adhesive for bonding PVC pipes and fittings. It dries quickly, does not shrink, and is resistant to ageing, cold and boiling water, as well as solvents, alkalis and acids. The container has a built-in brush in the cap for application.
It is used in plumbing systems, pressure pipes for cold and boiling water, sink and washbasin drains, downpipes, as well as in industrial applications and with rigid PVC fittings. Before application, surfaces must be dry and free of dust and grease. PVC pipes should be cut squarely, and their edges lightly smoothed.
