I bought this specific bag in medium size, from a well-known chain (authentic). The purchase was made in early May and one month later the bag faded from black to red with minimal exposure to the sun (the handles and the top part). The store allowed returns within 15 days... so they didn't accept it back... the compartments are quite good but the quality is terrible for so many colors. Unacceptable, at least.
